15-minute introductory session

This is a short 15-minute call to connect and get a sense of whether we’re a good fit to work together.

You’ll have space to share what you’re currently moving through and what kind of support you’re looking for.

I’ll walk you through how I work — including coaching, somatic and yoga-based practices, and ceremonial work — and help you find the path that feels most aligned for you.

This call is simply an initial connection. If we decide to move forward, we’ll choose the direction of our work together based on your needs and intention.

By the end of the call, we’ll both have clarity on the next steps.

55-minute deep-dive session

This is a 55-minute space for focused, deep work.

We’ll explore what you’re currently moving through — whether it’s emotional, mental, or something you’re integrating from a recent experience — and bring clarity to what’s really happening beneath the surface.

My role is not to interpret your experience, but to guide you in connecting to your own truth, your body, and your inner clarity.

Through a combination of coaching, embodiment-based practices, and guided inquiry, we’ll begin to untangle what feels stuck and create space for real movement and integration.

Five sessions, one integrated process

This package includes five individual sessions (55 minutes each), offered together as a more continuous and supported process.

Each session follows the same approach as a single session — focused, intuitive, and tailored to what you’re moving through. The difference is continuity. Working across multiple sessions allows us to stay with your process, deepen the work, and support real integration over time.

Together, we move beyond insight into practice — gently working with patterns, building new awareness, and creating space for more grounded and aligned ways of being.

A deeper level of support for those who are ready for real, lasting change.

This is a space for consistent, guided transformation — where insight becomes practice, and practice becomes your new way of being.

We meet twice a week.

One session is dedicated to coaching — where we explore your inner world, patterns, and direction, and bring clarity to what you are moving through. This is where we understand your process and begin to shift it from within.

The second session is focused on building and supporting your daily life.

Here, we work with your habits, your routines, and the way you show up day to day. Depending on your needs, this may include somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, or guided exercises that help you stay connected to the process.

This part of the work helps you stay consistent, motivated, and in contact with yourself — and with me — as you begin to integrate change into your real life.

This is not just about understanding — it’s about living the change.

Over the course of three months, we work together to:

• build new patterns and habits

• create supportive routines

• develop stability and inner clarity

• shift the way you relate to yourself and your life

You will also receive ongoing support between sessions, including check-ins, guidance, and additional audio or video practices to help you stay connected and supported.

This is a space where real transformation happens — slowly, deeply, and sustainably.

This journey includes:

• 24 sessions total (8 sessions per month)

• Each session is 55 minutes

• A combination of coaching and embodiment-based practices

A private, one-on-one ceremonial session for deep physical and energetic reset.

This work supports the body’s natural detoxification processes and invites a profound sense of release, clarity, and renewal.

Each session is held in a safe and intentional space, guided with care, presence, and respect for your process.

What’s included:

• 30-minute Discovery Call (pre-session) — to understand your intention, answer questions, and prepare your body and mind

• Private Kambo Ceremony (approx. 2 hours) — a fully guided 1:1 session including preparation, the ceremonial process, and time for rest and recovery

• Integration Call (55 minutes) — a dedicated space after the ceremony to process your experience and support integration

Private KAMBO Deep Reset - 3 Ceremony Journey

A deeper, more intensive Kambo experience designed as a full reset of the body and system.

This journey includes three private Kambo ceremonies, held over a short period of time — either on consecutive days or with space in between, depending on your needs and readiness.

Working with Kambo in a series allows the process to go further — supporting a more complete physical and energetic cleanse, and creating space for deeper release, clarity, and renewal.

Each session includes the same level of care, preparation, and integration support as an individual ceremony, while building upon the previous experience to deepen the overall process.

This work is intended to be completed within one lunar cycle, supporting a natural rhythm of reset and alignment.

What’s included:

• 3 Private Kambo Ceremonies (1:1) — each session approx. 2 hours, including preparation, ceremony, and recovery

• Discovery Call (30 minutes) — before the first session

• Integration Support — including a 55-minute integration call after the process

• Guidance on preparation between sessions

This journey is for those who feel called to go deeper — to fully reset, clear, and reconnect with their body on a profound level.

KAMBO 3x3 — Deep Reset Ceremony

This is an extended and intensive Kambo experience designed for deeper detoxification, restoration, and work with the body on a more profound level.

Unlike a standard Kambo session, this ceremony includes three consecutive Kambo applications within one container, held over approximately 3 hours. Each round is spaced with time for the body to process, reset, and move deeper into the experience.

This format allows for a more layered and comprehensive interaction with the medicine — supporting the body beyond surface-level cleansing.

Kambo is often referred to as a form of bioactive peptide therapy, working through naturally occurring peptides that may support the body’s regulatory, immune, and recovery processes.

This extended session may be beneficial for those who feel called to:

— go deeper into detox and purification

— support the body through chronic conditions or long-standing imbalances

— experience a more intensive reset of physical and energetic systems

— commit to a deeper level of work with the medicine

Throughout the entire process, you are fully supported, guided, and held in a safe and intentional space.

This offering is the same deep and intentional Kambo experience as a private session, held in a small, intimate group of three people.

The ceremony takes place in my studio, where I create a safe, grounded, and supportive space for each participant to go through their own unique process — while being gently held within the energy of the group.

Each person receives individual attention, guidance, and care throughout the ceremony. We move together through preparation, intention setting, the Kambo application, and integration — allowing both personal and shared transformation to unfold.

This format is also ideal for those who feel called to work with Kambo on a regular basis. Even a single application point, when received consistently (for example, once a month), can support the body in maintaining cleansing, recovery, and regenerative processes over time.

Practicing Kambo in this way may contribute to deeper detoxification, nervous system reset, and long-term support of the body’s natural renewal cycles.

The group setting makes it possible to stay in this process with more accessibility, while still receiving a high level of care and presence.

Amphibian Immersion is a private, guided experience for those who feel called to explore the depth of their being beyond the mind.

It is a profound inner journey — into stillness, awareness, and direct connection with something greater.

The experience unfolds as a deep meditative state, where the sense of self softens, and a new perspective may emerge — one that is often described as clarity, unity, or connection with source.

Held in a carefully prepared and safe space, this immersion allows you to fully surrender into the process, supported and guided throughout the entire journey.

The session lasts approximately 2–3 hours, allowing time for:

— preparation and intention setting

— the immersive experience itself

— gentle integration and grounding

This work is for those who feel ready to:

— experience a deeper connection with their essence

— explore states of consciousness beyond ordinary perception

— reconnect with inner truth, soul, and creative force

— move through internal blocks and expand awareness

Each immersion is held with deep respect, presence, and care.
