This is a space for consistent, guided transformation — where insight becomes practice, and practice becomes your new way of being.

We meet twice a week.

One session is dedicated to coaching — where we explore your inner world, patterns, and direction, and bring clarity to what you are moving through. This is where we understand your process and begin to shift it from within.

The second session is focused on building and supporting your daily life.

Here, we work with your habits, your routines, and the way you show up day to day. Depending on your needs, this may include somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, or guided exercises that help you stay connected to the process.

This part of the work helps you stay consistent, motivated, and in contact with yourself — and with me — as you begin to integrate change into your real life.

This is not just about understanding — it’s about living the change.

Over the course of three months, we work together to:

  • build new patterns and habits

  • create supportive routines

  • develop stability and inner clarity

  • shift the way you relate to yourself and your life

You will also receive ongoing support between sessions, including check-ins, guidance, and additional audio or video practices to help you stay connected and supported.

This is a space where real transformation happens — slowly, deeply, and sustainably.

This journey includes:

  • 24 sessions total (8 sessions per month)

  • Each session is 55 minutes

  • A combination of coaching and embodiment-based practices
