An intimate gathering of 5–7 people created for connection, presence, music, and shared experience in my LA studio.

During the evening, we gather together to slow down, open the heart, and reconnect through ceremonial cacao, conscious conversation, music, and sound healing.

We serve ceremonial cacao accompanied by fresh berries, nourishing snacks, and small treats to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Each gathering naturally unfolds in its own unique way. Sometimes we explore meaningful conversations or playful connection exercises designed to help people reconnect more deeply with themselves and one another.

Music is an important part of the experience, and guests are always welcome to share songs, instruments, or creative expression if they feel inspired to do so.

The sound healing journey includes crystal singing bowls, gong, bells, and other meditative instruments that create an immersive and grounding experience for the nervous system and body.

During the sound healing portion, guests rest comfortably in silk yoga hammocks, allowing the body to fully relax and receive.

These gatherings take place twice a month on Fridays and are designed as a gentle space for community, relaxation, authentic connection, and presence.

Private ceremonies in a similar format are also available for birthdays, bachelorette gatherings, special celebrations, or intimate group experiences.

The entire gathering lasts approximately 3 hours.
