Yoga as a gentle path back to the body.
In the process of healing, life integration, and personal transformation, reconnecting with the body becomes essential. Yoga has been one of my deepest personal practices — a way to create softness, presence, nervous system regulation, and inner connection.
I teach mindful movement and a loving, gentle relationship with the body.
A Practice of Presence & Embodiment
Yoga holds a very special place in my heart and is one of my favorite practices — a way to return to presence, soften the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and listen more deeply to myself.
I practice and teach different forms of yoga depending on the needs of the body, mind, and soul — from gentle restorative movement to more activating and embodied practices.
My work includes Yoga Nidra for meditation, deep rest, nervous system regulation, and sleep support; MFR Yoga (Myofascial Release) using special rollers and massage balls to release tension and restore mobility; Vinyasa Flow for movement, strength, and presence; and Kundalini Yoga for breath, energy, and inner awakening.
I also offer hands-on assist yoga classes, using gentle touch, stretching, and supportive adjustments to help the body enter postures more safely, comfortably, and with deeper alignment.
I teach both private and group sessions, creating spaces for mindful movement, embodiment, nervous system care, and a more loving connection with the body.
Through movement, breath, touch, and presence, yoga becomes a way back home to yourself.
